1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Nutricionista.sk or booking an online consultation, you enter into a legally binding agreement. Your use of this website constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these documentation requirements, you must cease using our digital platform and services immediately.
Nutricionista.sk is operated from Bratislava, Slovakia. These terms are governed by Slovak law and relevant EU consumer protection regulations. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our service structure or regulatory environment.
2. Scope of Nutritional Consulting
Nutricionista.sk provides educational nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching. It is essential to recognize that our dietary assessments and plans do not constitute medical diagnosis or clinical treatment. We are nutrition specialists, not medical doctors or psychotherapists.
"Consultation outcomes depend significantly on individual adherence, metabolic variance, and pre-existing physiological conditions. We do not offer guarantees regarding specific weight loss or health outcomes within a fixed timeframe."
Clients with diagnosed medical conditions, including but not limited to Type 1 Diabetes, renal failure, or eating disorders, are required to disclose this information during the booking process. We may require clearance from your primary physician before starting a premium coaching program.
3. Fees and Billing
All prices listed on Nutricionista.sk are in Euros (€). For clients residing in Slovakia, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment for online dietary assessments and initial consultations must be completed in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Coaching programs billed on a monthly basis are subject to automated recurring payments. You may manage your billing preferences through your client portal or by contacting our support team directly.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled online session are eligible for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.
- 24-48 Hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 24 Hours: Full session fee is forfeited.
Delivered digital products, such as customized meal plans or dietary analysis reports, are non-refundable once the file generation has been initiated on our systems.
